Florencia Testa Milione
Clinical Psychologist and Neuropsychologist · G-6504
I have a deep passion for understanding the brain—its development, cognitive processes, emotions, and human behaviour. But what truly motivates me as a psychologist is the vocation to help others overcome difficulties, with warmth, commitment, and honesty. There’s no greater satisfaction than witnessing people grow and move forward in their personal development.
To me, being a professional means embracing a passion for learning and continuous improvement. I enjoy keeping my knowledge up to date and learning through collaboration – not only with other psychologists but also with professionals from different fields. This enriches my perspective and helps me to better understand each person’s reality, their strengths, and the challenges they face.

I began my Psychology degree in 2008 at the University of Santiago de Compostela, where I also completed a Master’s in General Health Psychology.
Through clinical practice, I began to specialise in neurodevelopment and neurodivergence.
In 2025, together with Helena, I co-founded Sintonía, with the aim of creating a space where integrity and commitment are at the core of every process.
I realised a long-held ambition by specialising in neuropsychology, completing a Master’s in Clinical Neuropsychology at ISEP Madrid.
I’m also certified by the University of Barcelona in the use of key diagnostic tools such as the ADI-R and ADOS-2.

Helena Lamosa Lopes
Speech and Language Therapist · N15/633
I see my role as a speech therapist as a personal commitment. Every day, I work to create a trusting and supportive environment where my patients feel comfortable to express themselves and develop their skills. I firmly believe that communication is a fundamental tool for connecting with the world and with others, and I take great joy in supporting each person on their journey towards more confident expression.
In my practice, I take a professional yet personalised approach. Every intervention is carefully tailored to meet the individual needs and goals of each patient.
I began my Bachelor’s degree in Speech Therapy in 2014 at the University of A Coruña.
Through clinical experience and continued professional development, I have specialised in fluency disorders such as stammering.
I have over seven years ’experience in the field, focusing particularly on speech and language disorders – both spoken and written – and supporting the communication development of children with autism.
In 2025, alongside Florencia, I co-founded Sintonía, driven by a desire to offer a warm and highly professional space.
